SECRET SHOPPER – FACILITY VISIT
- Secret shopper will visit your Facility as a normal Client
- Full written report will be done after visit
TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS – FACILITY VISIT
- We will spend some time within your facility, observing your daily operations
- Interviews will be conducted individually, with all your Staff Members
- Full written Training Proposal will be done after visit
